- Support employees with return-to-work programs, workers' compensation claims, and accommodations.
- Develop wellness programs, including stress management, nutrition, and preventive care initiatives.
- Train employees in cardiopulmonary resuscitation and first aid and respond to medical emergencies.
- Recommend workplace modifications to prevent injuries through ergonomic assessments.
- Provide health-related training sessions to employees on workplace hazards and disease prevention.
- Work with human resources, safety teams, and management to maintain a healthy work environment.
