Requirements
  • 3 - 5 years' experience in corporate recruiting, talent acquisition role or similar field
  • Working knowledge of Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter is a huge plus
  • Detail oriented and highly organized with proven superior time management skills, including the ability to multitask
  • General knowledge of the technical recruiting landscape within the engineering and technology preferred
  • Candidates in the Texas area strongly preferred
Responsibilities
  • Sourcing passive candidates and identifying potential role fit
  • Building and maintaining networks of passive candidates for strategic placements
  • Identifying unique sourcing strategies to include various technologies for untapped diverse talent
  • Conducting phone/in-person screens to qualify candidates, presenting qualified candidates to hiring manager, and scheduling interviews
  • Effectively communicating the organization's mission, values, and unique selling points to attract top talent
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Assisting with the administrative aspects of the new hire onboarding process
  • Running monthly reports to ensure compliance requirements for new hires are met
  • Partnering with People Team, IT, and other cross-functional partners to ensure the onboarding processes are delivering the right employee experience
