  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Must possess five years in a supervisory role, in a high volume retail food service operation
  • Must have experience with HACCP
  • Serve-Safe Certification is required

Responsibilities
  • Planning, directing, and supervising the activities of the Dietary staff
  • Supervising the tray line and meal service to patients and cafeteria
  • Responsibility of sanitation, food temperature logs, and dish machine temperature logs
  • Ordering food and supplies
  • Stocking doctors lounges and special functions
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with cash handling is highly desirable
