It combines trained specialists with AI to handle prior authorizations, insurance workflows, pharmacy coordination, and provider communications, speeding up approvals and dispensing. The human-in-the-loop model uses operator-derived data to train proprietary AI, making workflows smarter over time and enabling partner platforms to scale care delivery. Its goal is to reduce delays in medication access, improve patient outcomes, and support partners with reliable, scalable prescription access operations.
