  • Fifteen years of full-time education is required.
  • Experience with Splunk Enterprise Architecture and Design, event management with AIOps, and Splunk Enterprise Observability and ITSI is required.
  • Technical proficiency in Splunk, OpenTelemetry, SLI/SLO and error-budget engineering, ELK/Splunk pipeline reliability, and observability-as-code practices is required.
  • Technical proficiency in Terraform, state-backend health, drift-detection automation, module-registry SRE, and policy-as-code pipeline reliability across AWS and Google Cloud Platform is required.
  • Technical proficiency in GitHub Actions and ArgoCD, including pipeline health monitoring, runner auto-scaling, deployment-success-rate SLOs, and automated rollback engineering, is required.
  • Technical proficiency in HashiCorp Vault reliability, including high-availability cluster monitoring, seal/unseal automation, certificate lifecycle management, and lease-renewal automation, is required.
  • Technical proficiency in LLMOps reliability, including model API health monitoring, prompt-execution SLOs, token and cost anomaly alerting, and AI-pipeline auto-remediation, is required.
  • Technical proficiency in Retrieval-Augmented Generation platform SRE, including Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, retrieval-latency SLOs, embedding-pipeline health, and index-freshness monitoring, is required.
  • Proficiency in Python for SRE automation scripting, event-driven remediation, infrastructure SDK integration, and operational workflow engineering is required.
  • Experience with incident management, P1/P2 bridge leadership, blameless post-mortems, structured root-cause analysis, error-budget reviews, and service-level-agreement-governed resolution in financial services environments is required.
  • Experience with platform capacity trending, SLO burn-rate alerting, cardinality management, and proactive capacity interventions across observability and AI tooling is required.
Responsibilities
  • Support operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements.
  • Own the reliability of observability platforms, defining and maintaining SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets for metrics pipelines, alerting systems, and dashboard availability across infrastructure tiers.
  • Engineer auto-remediation for common observability failures, including scraper restarts, index-rollover failures, and ingest-pipeline blockages.
  • Implement and govern OpenTelemetry instrumentation standards across the infrastructure estate.
  • Drive observability-as-code adoption by version-controlling dashboards, alert rules, SLO definitions, and recording rules and deploying them through GitOps pipelines with automated testing.
  • Perform capacity planning and performance analysis for observability platforms, including cardinality growth, storage retention, query performance, and ingest throughput at scale.
  • Lead blameless post-mortems for observability platform failures and produce structured root-cause analyses with systemic preventive actions.
  • Own the reliability of LLMOps pipelines by monitoring model API health, prompt-execution success rates, token consumption, latency SLOs, and cost-anomaly alerting.
  • Engineer reliability for agentic ITSM workflows using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and CrewAI, including agent-execution health, tool-call success rates, human-in-the-loop handoff reliability, and automated failure recovery.
  • Build observability for Retrieval-Augmented Generation knowledge-base platforms, including vector-database availability, retrieval-latency SLOs, embedding-pipeline health, and index-freshness monitoring.
  • Implement AI-alert-correlation reliability, maintaining accuracy and availability SLOs and providing fallback to rule-based alerting during AI-platform degradation.
  • Define and enforce LLMOps governance frameworks covering prompt version control, model-evaluation pipelines, output-quality monitoring, audit logging, and data-residency controls.
  • Lead blameless post-mortems for AI-tooling failures and implement preventive actions meeting financial-services audit standards.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with chaos engineering or game-day exercises for platform-tooling resilience.
  • Familiarity with eBPF-based observability, including Cilium and Pixie, for deep platform telemetry and service-mesh reliability engineering.
  • Exposure to model-serving infrastructure such as Triton and vLLM for AI/ML platform reliability beyond API-based LLM tooling.
  • Background in SRE or platform engineering within financial services or other highly regulated industries.
  • Terraform Associate or Professional certification.
  • Splunk Professional certification.
  • AWS DevOps Engineer Professional or Google Cloud Platform DevOps Engineer certification.
  • HashiCorp Vault Associate certification.
  • Certified Kubernetes Administrator certification.
  • ITIL Foundation or Practitioner certification.

Accenture shares down 27%, but 11.5% yield available through put options at 35% discount

Accenture trades 37% below its 52-week high after falling 27% over the past year. In fiscal Q3 2026, new bookings declined and some managed services deals slipped into fiscal 2027. The company generated $73.1 billion in revenue over the past twelve months, with operating margins widening to 17% in Q3. Managed services revenue grew 5% in local currency. In the first nine months of fiscal 2026, clients made 104 quarterly bookings exceeding $100 million, up 13% year-on-year. Consulting revenue grew just 1% in local currency in Q3. Management attributes the slowdown to the Middle East conflict affecting regional and discretionary spending. The CEO acknowledged that client budgets have not been growing, with spending simply being redirected rather than increased.

Accenture drops LearnVantage focus, shifts $9B to cybersecurity and mid-market expansion

Accenture is shifting its growth strategy, de-emphasising LearnVantage, a learning and training business it built and promoted heavily in 2024. The company mentioned LearnVantage only once on its June 2026 earnings call, listing it amongst AI enablers rather than highlighting it as a standalone growth driver. Meanwhile, Accenture is redirecting resources toward cybersecurity, which has grown from $700 million in fiscal 2016 to $10 billion in fiscal 2025. The company is acquiring a majority stake in an operational technology security specialist, alongside two smaller firms, combining them into a platform for critical infrastructure. These assets generate $208 million in annual recurring revenue, growing at 48%. Accenture's acquisition budget for fiscal 2026 is approximately $9 billion against $73.1 billion in trailing twelve-month revenue. The company has also launched Accenture Edge, targeting mid-market companies. The stock is down 24.3% over the past year.

Accenture and 2 dividend stocks offering 5%+ yields backed by growing cash flows

Central banks in Asia and Europe are tightening policy, yet cash deposits offer limited returns. This creates opportunities for dividend-focused investors seeking reliable income streams. Three stocks from the Dividend Powerhouses screener currently offer yields above 5% with covered, growing payouts. The screener identifies 1,851 companies with compelling dividend profiles. Accenture, a global consulting and technology services firm, offers a 3.48% yield backed by strong free cash flow. The company generates revenue primarily from Products clients (US$22.3 billion), Health & Public Service (US$14.9 billion), and Financial Services (US$13.8 billion). Its market capitalisation stands at approximately US$111 billion. The firm is reshaping itself for the AI era through acquisitions and partnerships with Google Cloud and ServiceNow. Key risks include whether AI and slower IT spending will reshape consulting economics faster than Accenture can adjust.
