- Hold a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Have 0-3 years of work experience.
- Be a UAE national.

- Check and ensure the completeness of drawings required for the tender.
- Handle and maintain all tender documents, drawings, and associated revisions in accordance with procedures, keeping them up to date.
- Review received documentation and work from the latest revision documents, with a proper understanding of drawings, scales, specifications, bills of quantities, and pricing preamble requirements.
- Raise requests for information through the Estimator when discrepancies are identified during document revision and conduct regular follow-ups as required.
- Perform quantity take-offs from drawings to ensure the quantities in the bills of quantities are correct according to the drawings.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities designated by the Manager or Estimator.
