Requirements
  • 4+ years of marketing experience, ideally with a focus on ad tech/SAAS
  • Proven track record of successfully building and scaling brands in the CEE markets
  • Strong cross-functional experience, collaborating effectively with diverse teams
  • Excellent understanding of market nuances, particularly in the German and Eastern European regions
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools
  • Experience in storytelling
  • Proficiency in utilizing marketing automation and analytics platforms, such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and CRM systems
  • Experience localizing global strategies and distilling them for regional impact
  • Exceptional communication skills in both English and German; additional Eastern European languages are a plus
Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the German and Eastern European markets
  • Create and execute a strategic vision for field marketing
  • Collaborate seamlessly with both local and global teams
  • Work closely with sales, product marketing, communications, and other departments
  • Drive the development and localization of marketing materials, campaigns, and messaging
  • Build and strengthen the company's brand presence in the German and Eastern European markets
  • Implement brand-building initiatives across the CEE region with a strong focus on Germany
  • Leverage a mix of online and offline channels to maximize brand exposure
  • Utilize data to measure the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Apply insights to refine and optimize marketing strategies
  • Scale the brand by building clear storytelling and following a consistent narrative
  • Lead content development efforts for the region
