Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • Experience working in a technical customer service environment, insurance, or healthcare benefits industry is preferred.
  • Experience with data entry and manipulation is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of benefits and/or insurance.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first-level system support for assigned clients and communicate with customers daily via phone, email, and web conferencing.
  • Perform system configuration and testing to meet client requirements for projects and annual enrollment.
  • Administer the benefits administration system accurately and timely.
  • Work in a team-based environment to ensure processes are implemented properly.
  • Work directly with multiple internal and external teams and contacts including Account Management and EDI teams, clients, and carriers.
  • Training clients to use the 4myBenefits systems.
  • Maintaining and updating client profiles using SalesForce.
  • Support ACA processing.
