- An active Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in the State of California is required.
- Current Basic Life Support certification is required.
- Strong understanding of the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, is required.
- Commitment to precision, professionalism, teamwork, and high standards of clinical practice is required.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols.
- Observe, document, and report patient responses to medications and treatments.
- Perform patient assessments and contribute to care planning.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients and staff.
- Follow infection control protocols and promote patient hygiene.
- Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Assist with discharge planning, including treatments and physician orders.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a patient care setting is preferred.
