About the role:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Business Support Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in providing operational support to various business functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize internal processes and workflows
- Identify areas for operational improvement and develop and implement effective solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
- Develop and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures
- Provide project management support for key initiatives
- Perform data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business operations
- Proven experience in a business support or operations role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Proficient in data analysis and report generation
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the fintech industry is desirable
