Requirements

  • Must already hold a licence (Bachelor's degree) and be preparing a Master 1 or Master 2 in information systems management or digital project management.
  • Must be seeking a full-time six-month internship starting in January 2027.
  • Must understand purchasing processes from purchase order creation through invoicing.
  • Must be proficient with office tools, particularly Excel, and have an interest in data management and enterprise IT tools.
  • Must have operational English proficiency at B1 level to communicate with Group-level contacts.
  • Must demonstrate organization, sound judgment and analytical skills for processing and cleaning data.
  • Must show initiative and autonomy, including asking questions and anticipating needs.
  • Must be comfortable interacting with buyers, business teams and IT teams.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, manage and monitor data-quality improvement actions involving suppliers and spend categorization using a new group tool.
  • Review contracts in preparation for their migration to a new system at the end of 2027.
  • Act as an interface between the contract tool and the procure-to-pay tool.
  • Support the new Group tool for tracking savings and spend.
  • Participate in application testing.
  • Write user guides and support training, after-sales service and user accompaniment.
  • Check for duplicate records and carry out related ongoing tasks.
