Requirements
  • 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a demonstrated track record of taking products from 0 to 1 through launch, monetization, and scale; entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and iterate quickly without compromising quality.
  • Proven experience defining and leading product strategy for a major customer-facing product area or new line of business, including setting vision and roadmap with minimal oversight.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior leaders across engineering, data science, design, sales, and customer success as a strategic partner
  • Experience building products that serve enterprise buyers, ideally engineering leaders, with a strong understanding of how large organizations evaluate, adopt, and expand new solutions
  • Strong analytical foundation with experience leveraging data to inform product decisions; experience building customer-facing analytics, benchmarking, or data products is a strong plus
  • Ability to set longer-range prioritization aligned to company goals, reduce complexity, and consistently focus the most important work across competing demands
  • Strong curiosity about AI and its implications for how talent is evaluated and hired
  • This position is only available to candidates residing in the following U.S. states: CA, CO, CT, Washington, D.C., FL, GA, IL, KS, MA, MD, MO, NC, NV, NY, OR, PA, RI, SC, TX, VA, WA, and WI

Responsibilities
  • Define and own the end-to-end product strategy for a new strategic initiative that leverages Karat's core interview platform, proprietary dataset, and domain expertise to serve new buyer personas and unlock new revenue streams
  • Lead the initiative from concept through launch and scale; identify market opportunities, validate demand, define the core value proposition, and ship an initial product that establishes a new category for Karat
  • Partner closely with engineering, data science, and UX to deliver sophisticated, enterprise-grade experiences
  • Drive alignment across multiple functions and senior leaders to secure resources, resolve trade-offs, and maintain velocity on a high-priority, high-ambiguity initiative
  • Set prioritization direction across your domain and influence prioritization decisions across peer leaders and teams
  • Serve as the product voice in executive customer conversations, translating complex capabilities into compelling business value for senior engineering and talent leaders at large enterprises
  • Shape how Karat's extensive interview performance dataset is leveraged to deliver differentiated value; design products that provide customers with actionable intelligence, benchmarking, and analytics that inform workforce strategy and drive measurable outcomes
  • Establish the operational foundations for a new product line, including success metrics, feedback loops, and iteration cadences that enable rapid learning and durable, scalable cross-functional solutions
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience building customer-facing analytics, benchmarking, or data products is a strong plus
