  • A bachelor’s degree in a technical STEM field, or a related field with at least 4 years experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
  • An engineering degree is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proficiency in asset management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, SAP).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross functional teams.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to manage multiple asset types simultaneously.
  • Experience in developing and implementing asset management strategies and plans.
  • Knowledge of risk management techniques.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the lifecycle of mobile assets, including Mobile STOC, Mobile DI, DAF/DNF/MBBR, and loose ship equipment.
  • Oversee asset maintenance and operational activities.
  • Assist in developing strategic asset management plans.
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols.
  • Review and update equipment P&IDs, programming controls, and instrumentation.
  • Track and report the financial status of assets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Handle procurement and disposal of assets.
  • Write CARs for new assets and manage new builds as directed.
  • Develop plans for asset renewals, purchases, or disposals.
  • Manage leases and transitions of assets between contractors and service providers.
  • Review asset information for warranties, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain leasehold interests, insurance, licensing, and disposal of assets.
  • Review contracts as needed.
