  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting with a top-tier strategy consulting firm or other similar organization.
  • Experience within retail, consumer goods, telecommunications, software or technology, or media industries.
  • A track record of leading and managing teams and delivering results in fast-paced, demanding environments.
  • A strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills.
  • A quantitative and technical toolkit including proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • An undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
  • Client management experience.
  • An analytical and rigorous approach to uncovering insights.
  • Facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.
  • Impeccable judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
  • Willingness to travel 50% of the time, including internationally.
Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day leadership of client projects and aspects of client relationships and commercial processes, teaming with Partners and sharing responsibility for the success of specific engagements.
  • Lead and manage complex programs to ensure on-time delivery against agreed goals, leveraging firm best practices, personal expertise, and the firm’s technical competence.
  • Guide and influence clients across situations, including execution of the commercial process, and become a trusted advisor.
  • Build business by identifying new and expanded opportunities.
  • Create intellectual capital through thought leadership and maintain knowledge across adjacent topics.
  • Develop others and build a following as part of asset building for the firm.
  • Lead firm-building activities and serve as a role model for firm values with a strong personal brand within and outside the firm.
  • Oversee and guide the consulting team as it develops hypotheses, reviews client information, conducts client interviews, derives insights, and produces deliverables.
  • Support Partners in project execution through project management, including work planning, workflow management, and coaching and developing junior team members.
