Requirements
  • Solid experience designing special-purpose machines and/or tooling in an industrial environment.
  • Expert proficiency with SolidWorks design software.
  • Interest in setting up, assembling, and testing equipment in a workshop.
  • Technical creativity and openness to new mechanical production technologies.
Responsibilities
  • Design tooling for varied series and pre-series products and specific equipment using computer-aided design, including technical files, 2D/3D drawings, and ISO tolerancing, in coordination with Methods and Production teams.
  • Participate in studies from feasibility through implementation.
  • Define and produce technical documentation and bills of materials.
  • Lead mechanical realization and fine-tuning.
  • Contribute to the evolution of processes and products.
  • Develop different solutions through prototyping, including 3D printing.
  • Participate in technical reviews with Process and Methods experts.
  • Validate and justify technical solutions to clients.
  • Develop a network of partners and suppliers for mechanical solutions.
