- At least 12 years of SAP Supply Chain Management experience, including Materials Management, Production Planning, and Warehouse Management or Extended Warehouse Management, with 3–4 full-lifecycle implementations in a lead role.
- Experience delivering Supply Chain Management solutions for United States and European Union operations, including familiarity with regional regulations.
- Hands-on expertise in procurement, production planning, and warehouse management.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Management, including Manufacturing, Sourcing and Procurement, Extended Warehouse Management, and S/4HANA conversions.
- Experience integrating Supply Chain Management with Sales and Distribution, Financial Accounting and Controlling, Quality Management and Plant Maintenance, and external logistics or Electronic Data Interchange systems.
- Understanding of global template design, rollout methodology, and multi-country localization.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with SAP Integrated Business Planning or Advanced Planning and Optimization, Ariba, Transportation Management, or other advanced planning tools.
- Experience in consulting or systems integration for large enterprise clients.
- Own end-to-end Supply Chain Management solution architecture for Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Produce, and Warehouse or Inventory Management processes.
- Lead blueprinting and fit-gap workshops with United States and European Union supply chain stakeholders while accommodating regional regulations and logistics requirements.
- Define integration architecture between Supply Chain Management modules, adjacent processes including Sales and Distribution, Financial Accounting and Controlling, Quality Management and Plant Maintenance, and external systems.
- Drive global template strategy and localization approach for phased rollouts across North America and Europe.
- Review functional specifications and WRICEF objects for architectural fit, scalability, and performance.
- Chair architecture governance forums, resolve cross-module design conflicts, and maintain Supply Chain Management design authority documentation.
- Lead solution design through the full project lifecycle on large, multi-country SAP programs.
- Guide and mentor Supply Chain Management functional consultants and provide expertise for complex design and performance issues.
- Collaborate with Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, and technical architects to ensure a cohesive end-to-end solution.
- SAP S/4HANA certification in Sourcing and Procurement, Manufacturing, or Extended Warehouse Management.
- Experience with SAP Integrated Business Planning or Advanced Planning and Optimization, Ariba, Transportation Management, or advanced planning tools.
- Prior consulting or systems integration experience for large enterprise clients.
- Master of Business Administration preferred.
