Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
  • Series 63 required
  • Prefer CIMA, CFP or CFA designation
  • At least 2-4+ years of experience working with Financial Advisors
  • 2+ years of experience in financial services industry with sound understanding of financial markets, investment products and modern portfolio management theories
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, team-player
  • Must be resourceful with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills to process high email volume, client calls and ad-hoc projects
  • Knowledge of (RIAs) registered investment advisors, (SMAs) separately managed accounts, (UMAs) unified managed accounts, tax-efficient products and/or Direct Indexing is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Financial Advisors and support our sales team to help grow and manage existing client relationships
  • Assist Financial Advisors with proposal generation, opening new accounts, and transition analysis
  • Attend industry events and participate on client onboarding calls
  • Work with investment team to communicate investment strategies, process and outcome
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone and email
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational processes and systems
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our core values: We Before Me, Positive Energy, Knowledge Explorer, and Own It
