What believers are saying

What critics are saying

  • KTS lost independence on Jan. 27, 2025; SPX can relocate teams or eliminate roles.
  • Defense budgets swing contract timing; one prime-program disruption hits KTS revenue quickly.
  • If SPX deemphasizes CommTech, KTS becomes a small feature inside HVAC-dominated management.

What makes Kranze Technology Solutions unique

  • Jan. 27, 2025 SPX folded KTS into CommTech, preserving its defense networking niche.
  • KTS specializes in digital interoperability and tactical networking for U.S. defense platforms.
  • Its engineering depth sits inside SPX Detection & Measurement, not a crowded software org.
