- Supporting the development of office Standard Operating Procedures, guides, and other materials in accordance with applicable policies.
- Routing customer inquiries and questions regarding policies.
- Preparing routine correspondence and distributing materials to relevant audiences.
- Assisting in preparing policy program-related reports and briefings.
- Proofreading policies and related communications materials.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or Related field
