Requirements
  • Must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate degree program at an accredited 4-year institution. Open to first year - senior students.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance academic and extracurricular commitments (i.e., work experience, clubs, volunteer activities, teams, etc.).
  • Software Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
  • A genuine interest in a career in video editing and production, specifically in short form video content and advertising.
  • Comfortability in Lightroom, Photoshop, and still photography are nice to have!
  • A performance-focused, results-oriented approach - you will need a strong work ethic and drive to achieve results.
  • Ownership mentality, self-motivation, ambition, and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, project management, and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and deadline driven environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple concurrent tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Edit and produce short-form content for social media platforms, ensuring each video aligns with our brand standards and engages our target audience. You'll use Adobe Premiere and After Effects to deliver polished and impactful videos.
  • Gain hands-on experience editing videos with Adobe Premiere and After Effects. You'll work on various projects, from advertisements to social media clips, sharpening your editing skills and delivering high-quality work.
  • Assist with on-site video shoots, utilizing basic camera skills to capture footage that will be used in your editing projects. You’ll learn the nuances of setting up shots, managing equipment, and working with the creative team to bring concepts to life.
  • Work closely with our talented creative team, including video editors, graphic designers, and copywriters. Your collaboration will be essential in producing innovative and engaging video content.
  • Approach challenges with a creative mindset, ensuring that video content not only looks great but also aligns with business goals and effectively communicates our brand message.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in video production, editing techniques, and social media content creation. Your knowledge will help keep our content fresh, relevant, and competitive in the digital landscape.
