- The candidate must have 1–2 years of experience in a similar finance role, preferably in SaaS.

- The candidate must be comfortable working with spreadsheets such as Excel or Google Sheets and be willing to learn accounting and customer relationship management systems such as Sage Intacct and Salesforce.
- The candidate must take ownership of their work and follow through reliably.
- The candidate must be open to learning new technologies, including automation and artificial intelligence tools such as Claude and Gemini, to improve financial workflows.
- The candidate must have a diploma or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- The candidate must maintain a professional and current LinkedIn profile and update it upon joining Procurify to reflect the new role and maintain a consistent company presence.
- Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices according to contract terms and company policies.
- Review billing details, customer information, and contract data for completeness and correctness.
- Maintain current customer account records in financial and billing systems.
- Follow up promptly and professionally on outstanding receivables to support cash flow and reduce aging balances.
- Respond to customer billing inquiries with clear and courteous support.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to resolve billing discrepancies or payment issues.
- Provide backup support for vendor invoice or payment inquiries as needed.
- Assist in preparing accounts receivable aging analyses, cash collection reports, and other financial reports for management.
- Support month-end close activities, including account reconciliations, revenue checks, and variance analyses.
- Provide backup and cross-functional accounts payable support, including invoice processing, vendor inquiries, and payment runs, as needed.
- Identify opportunities to streamline accounting workflows and improve data accuracy.
- Support the implementation and adoption of tools and automation to improve Finance team efficiency.
- Use Procurify’s platform in day-to-day workflows and share feedback to identify product and process improvement opportunities.
- Experience in a similar finance role in SaaS is preferred.
