Job Details
We are looking for a student lab assistant (10-15 hours per week) to provide technical assistance in an immunology laboratory that focuses on skin inflammation (for example psoriasis, atopic dermatitis). Ideal position to gain more lab experience.
Job Description
Tasks: general lab management including management of transgenic mouse colony and genotyping by PCR, preparing buffers and reagents; potential assistance on research projects (flow cytometry, histology, tissue culture, tissue dissection).
Requirements: interest in biomedical research, willingness to work with mice, strong organizational and communication skills; attention to detail.
