Requirements
  • At least 3–5 years of work experience in the wholesale or retail industry supporting sales of consumer goods, including hard and/or soft goods.
  • Experience dealing with overseas vendors.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, specifically with vendors and suppliers.
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and related systems.
  • The ability to learn new systems and generate operations reports and analytics.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy with numeric, written, and data-related technical specifications.
  • Effective time management and multitasking skills, with a strong sense of urgency.
  • The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
  • Work with senior members of the Key Accounts and sales teams to define the scope, requirements, and strategy for each customer or order project.
  • Interact with internal partners in sales, merchandising, procurement, logistics, and product compliance to perform daily and routine tasks supporting the Key Account Team.
  • Communicate and maintain productive daily relationships with overseas vendors.
  • Request quote sheets from vendors and ensure they are complete and accurate.
  • Review quotes for accuracy and compliance with each customer's standards, labeling, and packaging, then pass quotes and detailed information to Procurement for setup and ordering.
  • Follow up on sourcing, costing, samples, customer spreadsheets, customer portal uploads, and the organization of key account projects, orders, and information.
  • Develop Giftcraft and customer pricing spreads, including domestic/free-on-board pricing and required customer markdowns and allowances, for review by the Senior Key Account Team.
  • Compile and review customer vendor guides covering special requirements, requests, packaging, discounts or markdowns, and compliance, and communicate impacts to other departments.
  • Update internal line lists for sales and procurement as required.
  • Follow up on commits, orders, and purchase orders, including special requirements such as labels, packaging, and retail ticketing.
  • Liaise with the NSO team to confirm final purchase orders match original commits, including dates and quantities, and keep the Senior Key Account Team informed of unexpected issues or delays.
  • Coordinate the sending, receipt, review, and approval of samples between vendors and the Senior Key Account Team.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and analysis as requested.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as required by management.

CTG Brands Inc., a Canadian wholesale leader, has acquired Toronto-based Giftcraft, a supplier in home décor, lifestyle, and gifting sectors. The acquisition, completed on September 2, 2025, integrates Giftcraft into CTG’s portfolio through Giftcraft 2025 Inc. This move strengthens CTG’s position in North American wholesale. Giftcraft, founded in 1945, has served over 10,000 retailers, including Costco and Walmart, with a wide range of products.
