  • Undergraduate Engineering (BSc.) students 2-4 years of studies

Responsibilities
  • Develop electrical wire harnesses while adhering to FAA Part 23/25/27 Regulations and industry standards
  • Drive the technical efforts of designing the Gen6 aircraft’s Electrical Wiring Interconnect System (EWIS)
  • Develop and optimize the functional performance, reliability, cost, and weight of the aircraft’s electrical system
  • Work on the Generation 6 aircraft to develop detailed electrical harnesses and utilize Siemens NX and Siemens Capital tool set
  • Familiarize with Capital Tools for designing electrical system schematics, wiring diagrams, and 2D drawings
  • Utilize Siemens NX CAD to create harnesses, assemblies, and route them in an aircraft structure environment
  • Familiarize with procedures, requirements, and standards for EWIS design
