About the team

Fountain is experiencing growth, and our sales team is expanding! We’re in search of a highly-motivated Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is results-driven and eager to contribute to our team’s success. As an SDR, you’ll play a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities and fostering relationships with potential customers. What you’ll be doing:

Responding to inbound demo requests from the website: You’ll handle inbound email requests from prospects, schedule their qualification calls, and conduct these calls. You should be comfortable leading early-stage sales conversations and quickly assessing if prospects align with Fountain
Account research: Conduct research on accounts to determine if they fit Fountain’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Additionally, support Account Executives (AEs) by providing account insights to aid in building account plans
Sales Outreach: Utilize tools such as Outreach, Apollo, LinkedIn, and Salesforce for outbound and inbound sales activities
Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer journey for prospects. Foster growth and development of this relationship
Pre & Post Event Lead Management: Assist the sales and marketing team in event preparation by managing lead outreach
Event Support: Provide on-site support for our sales team during events by providing account information for in-person conversations. Occasionally, join the sales team at events to assist with staffing

What you should bring:

Minimum of six months in an SDR or sales role at a startup
Experience in cold calling and emailing
Experience managing your calendar and completing tasks in a remote work environment"
Exceptional communication skills, both internally and externally
Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, and other sales tools
Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple tasks with prioritization by deadlines
Adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic and evolving sales environment

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 USD + Commission
