Figure is an AI Robotics company developing a general purpose humanoid. Our Humanoid is designed for corporate tasks targeting labor shortages and jobs that are undesirable or unsafe. We are based in Sunnyvale, CA and require 5 days/week in-office collaboration. 

We are looking for an Integration Technician to join the team to build complex mechanical and electrical systems and assemble our humanoid robot. 

Responsibilities: 

• Build mechanical and electrical assemblies into a complete system
• Remove and replace mechanical components up to 50lbs
• Identify and document electrical and mechanical failures on complex systems
• Develop and document best practices on early developmental builds
• Work closely with controls team, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and build groups to improve future design
• Install complex harnesses in production style environment
• Use JIRA, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides, and email
• Ability to work under short timelines when needed

Requirements: 

• 2+ years experience working with complex systems
• Familiarity with electrical hardware based diagnostic tools such as but not limited to Scope, Digital MultiMeter, Current Probes
• Familiarity with torque tools and mechanical assembly
• Ability to communicate with others
• Ability to follow assembly documentation
• Use general hand tools
• Great attitude and excited to face challenges
• Organized with attention to detail

Bonus Qualifications:

• Catia or CAD based program experience
• Fabrication experience
• Hobbies such as radio control cars and model building
• Small brushless motor experience
• Robotics experience
• Multiple languages
