Requirements
  • Ensure all Clinical Trial Services activities related to assigned projects comply with applicable regulations, quality standards, procedures, and safety requirements.
  • Strictly follow current quality assurance, regulatory, health, safety, and environmental procedures.
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of laboratory work and/or technical tools.
  • Have experience in a similar role.
  • Have experience working with service providers.
  • Demonstrate strong scientific skills.
  • Have a very good level of English.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, organization, and planning skills.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice requirements.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure the order and cleanliness of the clinical labeling and packaging unit.
  • Organize project-specific training for the Clinical Trial Services team.
  • Assist the business development manager in client meetings when necessary.
  • Participate in conferences and trade shows as needed.
  • Plan projects and work closely with the project planner.
  • Provide technical support to key clients.
  • Propose internal and external strategies to address client requests and assess technical feasibility, required resources, timelines, and costs for service proposals.
  • Identify, assess, and select appropriate subcontractors to implement the provided service.
  • Propose innovative solutions and technical improvements to meet client needs.
  • Order all materials required for labeling and secondary packaging activities through the work order.
  • Lead the creation, printing, and review of labels.
  • Prepare the batch documentation for labeling, packaging, and shipment in collaboration with the senior clinical labeling technician.
  • Review batch documentation before and after execution and collect documents required for qualified-person release of investigational medicinal products.
  • Participate in implementing new technologies and skills in accordance with company strategy.
  • Ensure projects are completed within the required timelines.
  • Identify operational deviations, notify the appropriate management, and write the action plan.
  • Participate in investigations, evaluation, and implementation of solutions to ensure fully compliant operations.
  • On delegation from the Clinical Trial Services manager, review and approve all documents related to clinical labeling operations.
  • On delegation from Quality Control, manage retention samples and take samples during labeling and secondary packaging activities.
  • On delegation from Quality Control, verify and receive batches of printed labels.
