  • 3-5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role with a focus on new customer acquisition.
  • Proficient in enterprise-scale email marketing platforms (e.g., Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo), CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Get to know our platforms and data: Spend time learning the details of our tools and data
  • Understand our audience: Dive into our consumer insights and understand our target audiences
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the growth team, e-commerce, brand, and social teams to integrate on-site and off-site tactics for lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Build monthly and quarterly reports to quantify impact and identify trends.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities Put together a roadmap for new lifecycle marketing strategies for segmentation, automations, campaigns and tests
  • Create new lifecycle strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies to acquire new customers, focusing on lead generation, lead capture, and lead nurturing.
  • Run email marketing campaigns: Lead and manage end-to-end email marketing acquisition campaigns and automations that drive device sales.
  • Drive repeat purchase: Create, implement, and optimize email strategies to drive unit sales across the entire customer journey, including cross-sell and upsell.
  • Own the Customer Experience from Awareness to Conversion: Manage and enhance the Hatch customer experience from initial awareness through to purchase for both adult and kid business lines. Consulting with cross-channel partners to ensure a seamless E2E experience for leads.
  • Generate impactful insights: Develop and implement test-and-learn plans to continuously improve program engagement and metrics, with a strong focus on personalization, dynamic content, cultural relevance, and creative optimization. Equip cross-functional teams with learnings and insights that can help make their work better.
  • Customer Delight: Build strong relationships with new customers by delivering value and staying on trend, ensuring a delightful and valuable experience.
