- A diploma in legal secretarial studies, secretarial studies, or other relevant training is required.
- At least one year of administrative work experience is required.
- Excellent technical proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, is required.
- Excellent oral and written French proficiency is required.
- Demonstrated organization, autonomy, efficiency, and discretion are required.
- The ability to work in a team and manage multiple files simultaneously is required.
- Open mandates.
- Track tasks rigorously according to the legal deadlines under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and internal standards.
- Produce, review, and deliver various documents according to internal standards and required deadlines, including correction, structure, coherence, and formatting.
- Manage billing and collections weekly.
- Communicate with the various stakeholders on files, including lawyers, bankers, and creditors.
- Perform other related administrative tasks for the team.
- Experience in restructuring and insolvency is an asset.
