Requirements
  • An Associate’s Degree in Construction Management, Project Coordination or similar; experience may substitute.
  • 2 to 4 years of field experience with new-build installations and fiber testing.
  • Experience with data center structured cabling.
  • BICSI certifications, including TE350 Technician and RTPM.
  • Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems and relevant software platforms.
  • Strong leadership, communication, coaching and collaborative skills.
  • Exceptional analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • Professionalism and the ability to engage effectively and build rapport with management, staff, customers, vendors, contractors and others.
  • Ability to sit, use hands and arms, communicate verbally, stand and walk, and occasionally stoop or kneel.
  • Ability to regularly lift or move up to 40 pounds and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to regularly carry and climb ladders up to 20 feet.
  • Ability to operate scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts and UTVs if required.
  • Ability to work in tight and confined spaces.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as required.
Responsibilities
  • Develop, update, implement, deploy and maintain the E2 Optics Quality Management System in accordance with the program structure across the site and assist other program sites with implementation as requested.
  • Train and coach QA/QC coordinators and internal employees to integrate quality initiatives into daily workstreams.
  • Collaborate with program representatives to coordinate and integrate applicable quality specifications and expectations into the E2 Optics Quality Management System and the client’s quality program.
  • Develop quality assurance and quality control installation and technical reference documents, procedures, inspection documents and reports to support the E2 Optics Quality Management System and the client’s quality program.
  • Develop and implement QA/QC structures and tools to promote a quality-awareness culture, partnering with field staff for successful implementation and execution.
  • Develop and disseminate Quality Assurance standards to relevant stakeholders.
  • Plan, coordinate, collaborate and partner with internal and external parties to support execution within the E2 Optics Quality Management System framework and continuous improvement activities.
  • Share, anchor and train quality-system elements at other relevant program sites.
  • Follow safe work practices and company and client worksite safety policies and procedures.
  • Promote E2Core Values and foster a family-centric culture.
