About the job
- Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse or Medical Assistant program, or a current active North Carolina license, or EMT certification.
- At least 3 years of Licensed Practical Nurse, Medical Assistant, or EMT experience.
- Strong patient-facing and communication skills.
- Ability to connect with elderly populations and support individualized care needs.
- Basic computer proficiency with electronic medical record systems and email.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between clinic sites.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for extended periods, and wear personal protective equipment as required.
- Administer vaccinations in onsite clinic settings.
- Provide a welcoming, professional experience for residents.
- Answer questions and deliver compassionate patient care.
- Accurately document vaccinations in TRACK, the electronic medical record platform.
- Assist with clinic setup, breakdown, and team support.
- Experience in assisted living and/or skilled nursing.
