Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy to support the business strategy.
  • Build and execute financial metrics to support the techno-economic performance of Plenty Farms.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with suppliers critical to farm economics.
  • Engage with R&D teams to ensure quality and delivery milestones are met.
  • Manage reporting on financial metrics and compliance with supply chain policies.
  • Oversight of vendor selection process, contract negotiation, and establishing partnerships.
  • Monitor market prices of construction materials and minimize costs.
  • Analyze supply chain performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive operational efficiency.
  • Implement quality control measures and lead risk management efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes in supply chain management.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
  • Travel up to 15% of the time.
