Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of software development experience.
  • Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager, including Sites and/or Assets.
  • Strong expertise in Java, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
  • Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery tools such as Maven or Azure DevOps.
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale digital platforms.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of enterprise content platforms, including AEM Sites, AEM Assets, and Workfront integrations.
  • Build scalable solutions supporting content authoring, digital asset management, and publishing workflows.
  • Define technical architecture, design patterns, and integration strategies.
  • Develop and optimize workflow-driven content pipelines covering creation, approval, publishing, and distribution.
  • Lead integrations across AEM, PIM, Workfront, and downstream systems such as eCommerce, search, and analytics.
  • Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of platform solutions.
  • Drive continuous integration and continuous delivery practices and enforce engineering quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA, and Architects to deliver business outcomes.
  • Mentor engineers and support onboarding of new internal and vendor teams.

  • Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service.
  • Knowledge of Workfront, digital asset management, and content workflow tools.
  • Experience with PIM systems and eCommerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with headless CMS, GraphQL, or modern frontend frameworks such as React and Next.js.
