Requirements
  • Experience building across the stack in Python and Javascript/Typescript, especially backend logic, data models, and architecture
Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of the core platform powering ATS, Video, Scheduling, and Telephony integrations along with flagship AI features
  • Design, build, and refine features throughout the stack from data pipelines, database performance, and prompt engineering through the backend and frontend interactions
  • Focus on performance and stability of the platform along with new product features to enable integrations, AI, and customer workflows
  • Work on output quality of AI features and ensure users get accurate, on-brand AI outputs quickly
  • Develop features such as automatic video recording and transcription, AI Notes and Summaries, scalable recording/transcription and AI summaries for over 250,000 interviews per month, generating insights and advanced AI insights for recorded interviews, customizable interview summaries
  • Move fast and independently, with the ability to pair or pull others in as needed
  • Think about how customer facing features work for end users with user empathy
  • Experience building generative AI applications end-to-end, including prompt chains, eval harnesses, vector search
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with data pipelines, distributed architectures, and scaling applications in high-scale environments
  • Experience with both structured (SQL) and unstructured data (text) and transforming between them
  • Product instincts and ability to work with design
  • Remote work flexibility and small autonomous squads experience could be considered desirable but not required
  • Strong observability and fast CI/CD with 1-click deploys
