A Day in the Life

We are seeking a motivated engineer to join the team responsible for AppLovin’s core mobile engineering team which reaches 410+ million users daily. The team is highly technical and unbureaucratic. You will have opportunities to channel your creativity and have a direct impact on the company’s bottom line. We are an established industry leader with an innovative startup culture - we are looking for people who are hard-working, talented, and know how to have fun.

The Impact You’ll Make

Develop our suite of SDKs on both Android and iOS
Demonstrate sound technical judgement by defining your own product requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders and some of the largest app publishers in the world
Evaluate, implement, and A/B test ideas of your own
Participate in code reviews to continuously improve engineering skills
Continually research new mobile trends and apply relevant technologies and tools

Who You Are

6+ years of experience with Android (Java) and/or iOS (Objective-C/Swift) development
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Understanding of asynchronous programming, data structures, and design patterns

Additional Strengths

Experience or interest in AdTech and/or game development is a plus
Familiarity with cross-platform solutions such as Unity, Cocos2dx, React Native, etc. is a plus
Familiarity with CI and unit testing is a plus
Familiarity with web technologies like HTML and JavaScript is a plus
Good communication and collaboration skills

AppLovin provides a competitive total compensation package with a pay for performance rewards approach. Total compensation at AppLovin is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Depending on the position offered, equity, and other forms of incentive compensation (as applicable) may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to dental, vision, and other benefits.

USA Base Pay Range: CA, NY, WA States

$210,000—$290,000 USD

USA Base Pay Range: all other States (excludes CA, NY, WA)

$179,000—$247,000 USD
