  • 5-7 years experience building software products or infrastructure at scale with measurable impact
  • Ideal candidates have built / worked on APIs for advertising platforms or have been customers of advertising APIs
  • Track record of effective partnership with engineering and commercial leadership to build high-impact, technical products with an ability to understand and push on system architecture to improve the product.

Responsibilities
  • Own product vision and drive commercial strategy for what could be our largest demand channel within the next few years. Envision and guide the creation of extensible systems that enable many thousands of suppliers to participate in Wayfair’s Supplier Advertising programs.
  • Guide problem scoping and discovery, drive requirements synthesis, and facilitate prioritization and planning to ensure meaningful outcomes for your system users and our suppliers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our suppliers, work closely with your business stakeholders to identify new opportunities for them, and drive multiple large, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Act as a leader on the team, nurturing junior product managers by developing their mastery and growing their autonomy while rolling up your sleeves to assist them directly where necessary.
  • Work with a high degree of independence and ownership, create strong connections with stakeholders, establish measures of success, and deliver results that enable business impact.
  • Partner with the engineering team to drive timely and smooth execution by performing sprint rituals like grooming, planning and retrospective.
  • Drive go to market for your products in partnership with internal or external stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain product roadmap along with constantly monitoring the success and measuring the impact of your products/features.
  • Influence the evolution of Wayfair's strategy for advertising offerings.
