- Prepare and update project documentation, presentations, and sales materials.
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Operations, and other internal teams to support project execution.
- Monitor and report on project progress, highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Support proposal development, quotes, and contract preparation as needed.
- Manage data entry and updates in customer relationship management systems to ensure accuracy.
- Follow up on client requests and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and preparing agendas.
