Responsibilities
  • Attract potential homeowners by studying competition, building broker relations, obtaining referrals, preparing advertisements, contacting leads, organizing special marketing events, inspecting the appearance of models, and training model attendants.
  • Identify potential homeowners by greeting visitors at models, entering registration information, identifying needs, assessing interests, and explaining products and options.
  • Sell homes by following up with prospects, pointing out product advantages, and representing the company's interests.
  • Complete and enforce purchase agreements by writing specifications, obtaining earnest money, completing design center selections, and following up on loan applications and required documentation for loan approval.
  • Meet contract requirements by following up on adjustments and corrections, coordinating information and requirements with the construction manager, and completing pre-construction, drywall, and pre-closing inspections.
  • Develop and implement a community marketing plan to draw traffic into communities and supplement corporate-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain rapport with homeowners by communicating progress and resolving homeowner concerns.
  • Complete home closings by fulfilling requirements and contractual obligations and attending closings.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by completing the company training program, attending educational workshops, and reviewing professional publications.
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Manage multiple projects and customers simultaneously.
