About the job

Requirements
  • At least two years of revenue operations or deal desk experience at a B2B SaaS company, in deal desk, sales operations, revenue operations, order management, or Salesforce support.
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience with the Opportunity, Quote, and Product data model; reports, list views, and bulk updates; and configuration changes such as fields, picklists, validation rules, page layouts, and simple flows. Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience is required.
  • Experience with DocuSign templates, merge fields and tabs, routing, reminders, and expiry.
  • Ability to calculate prorations, co-terms, day counts, split payment schedules, and multi-year totals, and to state the calculation convention used.
  • Ability to edit order forms in Microsoft Word, ensuring wording, tables, and totals are accurate.
  • Precise written English and spoken English sufficient for daily working sessions with the team.
  • Ability to triage and manage a queue, acknowledge and close requests promptly, and explain to a representative when a document is not ready, why, and the fastest path forward.
  • Based in Latin America, with at least four hours of daily overlap with US Central time and flexibility during the final week of each quarter.
Responsibilities
  • Build custom quotes and order forms by translating requests into accurate Salesforce opportunities, quotes, order forms, and DocuSign envelopes; handle co-terms with prorated amounts, custom payment schedules, one-time fees on multi-year terms, multi-entity or module-level contracts, entity or start-date changes, riders or addenda, and credits.
  • Work with the Revenue Operations Coordinator to iterate on Salesforce and DocuSign processes to accelerate accurate quote delivery and maintain the CRM data needed for onboarding, revenue recognition, and billing.
  • Diagnose generated agreement problems, including quote synchronization issues, missing billing or shipping details, missing or duplicated products, incorrect prices, missing signature fields, and Closed Won records that will not save; work with the coordinator on Salesforce updates or show representatives how to avoid recurring issues.
  • Apply deal policies in the Salesforce deal flow, maintain accurate approval status, and confirm required approvals before sending an envelope.
  • Process account ownership and routing changes, inbound credits, duplicate account and contact merges, picklist and field changes, user access issues, renewal record discrepancies, and cancellation requests; answer questions about RevOps-owned tools and route other tool questions to the appropriate owner.
  • Ensure Salesforce term dates, amounts, products, and credits match signed agreements; ensure required renewal opportunities exist and leave clean data after cancellations and amendments.
  • Identify recurring queue patterns and write business requirements to reduce their recurrence; work with the coordinator to turn those requirements into template fixes, fields, validation rules, small flows, or how-to guidance for representative self-service.
  • Triage requests promptly, resolve what can be handled directly, escalate complex Salesforce work, and keep requesters informed.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with DocuSign for Salesforce or Gen for Salesforce.
  • Administrative exposure to Salesforce-adjacent go-to-market tools such as Chili Piper, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Gong.
  • Exposure to how signed contracts become invoices through Stripe or another billing platform.
  • Experience converting a recurring manual request into a template, automation, or how-to, including what the change eliminated.
  • Experience supporting construction, manufacturing, or another industrial market.

Access Coins Evo and Kojo partner to automate procurement and finance workflows for MEP contractors

Access Construction has announced a strategic integration between Access Coins Evo and procurement platform Kojo, connecting field purchasing, procurement, warehouse operations and job cost accounting in a single automated workflow for mechanical, electrical and plumbing contractors. The integration eliminates manual data entry and reconciliation by automatically syncing purchase orders, invoices and receipts from Kojo to Access Coins Evo, providing real-time financial visibility from jobsite to back office. The partnership addresses a longstanding industry challenge where field activity must be manually reconciled with financial systems, causing errors and budget overruns that typically surface 30 days after problems occur. The integration is now available to midsize and enterprise specialty contractors. According to Access Construction, 43% of specialty contractors cannot cover unexpected project costs due to poor cash-flow forecasting and limited real-time visibility.
