About the job
- At least 1 year of commercial experience in project management.
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle.
- Experience working with a technical team, including developers and designers.
- Practical knowledge of using artificial intelligence in projects.
- Ability to conduct workshops and run meetings with external business clients.
- Ability to turn ideas into simple visuals, such as flows, diagrams, and step-by-step breakdowns, to support client conversations.
- Excellent command of Polish and English at C1 level in both languages.
- Curiosity about artificial intelligence and interest in artificial-intelligence-driven solutions.
- Attend project meetings with Product Owners and stakeholders, including the Polish Team and MasterBorn Board Members.
- Gather client requirements, manage client needs, and maintain process transparency, including maintaining the product roadmap.
- Lead a technical team of developers, quality assurance specialists, and Product Designers.
- Learn best practices and grow professionally.
- Gather knowledge from certified courses and books recommended by the team.
- Learn to describe business processes, extract business requirements from clients, and ask appropriate questions.
- Project management skills.
- An agile mindset and flexibility.
- Self-management and decision-making skills.
- Theoretical knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Experience conducting discussions and meetings with clients.
