Responsibilities
  • Support overall project management including schedule, budget, and quality coordination
  • Assist in managing subcontractor scopes, contracts, and performance tracking
  • Review and process RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Monitor project costs and assist with forecasting and financial reporting
  • Coordinate procurement efforts and long lead material tracking
  • Lead portions of project meetings and communicate action items
  • Maintain client communication and help ensure expectations are met
  • Support risk management by identifying potential issues early
  • Assist with project closeout, documentation, and final reporting
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Three to five years of commercial construction experience preferred
  • Experience with project management software such as Procore or similar platforms preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and project lifecycle (preferred)
