Responsibilities
  • Prepare and file cases for acceptance and approval across all case types.
  • Recommend options and strategies and implement recommendations without supervision.
  • Manage Enterprise clients and guide them through immigration processes.
  • Manage, guide, and mentor team members, and support the Partner with team management.
  • Review marketing materials and support Envoy/GIA sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Perform reporting and auditing duties.
  • Present training sessions and webinars to clients and potential clients.
  • Communicate law and policy updates to the team and firm.
  • Interview candidates and provide hiring recommendations.
  • Apply legal competencies in the role.
  • Maintain professional, proactive, considerate, and accountable behavior in relationships with clients, colleagues, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bilingual language skills are a plus but are not required.

At IBM, Srinivas was a key contributor to its Watson team, where he built AI and machine learning solutions for major financial services and retail clients. Based in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, Srinivas holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Statistics from Southern Methodist University.
