About the job
- Prior restaurant or hospitality experience is helpful but not required.
- The ability to learn quickly and switch between different roles is required.
- The ability to lift 30–40 pounds and remain on your feet for the duration of the shift is required.
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED), or three to six months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required.
- Wash dishes and maintain kitchen and front-of-house cleanliness.
- Run food and provide friendly, informed guest interaction.
- Assist with cooking and basic preparation as needed.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, take orders, and process payments.
- Bus tables and refresh dining areas.
- Provide barback support by restocking, managing ice, and organizing supplies; glassware duties are excluded.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming atmosphere throughout the space.
- Communicate with the team to keep service flowing smoothly.
