  • Accounting, Finance or Business related degree.
  • Solid multi-year experience in Invoice to Pay (10 years+). with a demonstrated track record of leadership and strategic planning.
  • Experience managing global teams in a multinational environment, with a mix of captive and outsourced resources.
  • Highly motivated with a proven track record in implementing change including large-scale global transformations.
  • Lean or continuous process improvement experience.
  • Strong and proven analytical abilities to identify issues and improve results.
  • Self-starter who prioritizes tasks and meets deadlines, navigates and is successful in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Works with minimal oversight.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Coupa and process automation tools is a plus.
  • Ability to travel globally (0 – 10%).
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the I2P process, driving efficiency and accuracy across global operations. This includes the ability to develop a service delivery model that is adaptable to changing business needs and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, leveraging technology to streamline operations.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure alignment with business objectives and client expectations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, incorporating new methodologies and technologies to enhance service delivery capabilities.
  • Provide overall leadership and direction of the I2P and Vendor Master Data (VMD) teams globally.
  • Work closely with the Director Process Management and Transformation, Controllership team, Finance and Procurement organizations to understand the business needs and shape the strategic vision.
  • Manage the I2P relationship with outsourced vendor partners to ensure delivery of contract deliverables, as well as conduct periodic review of contractual SLAs, Key Measures and other binding terms for updates as needed.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a multinational team of I2P professionals, ensuring high performance and adherence to service level agreements.
  • Drive a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the I2P team, fostering a high-performance work environment.
  • Lead governance reviews including Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews and other report outs as needed.
  • Maintain process integrity, internal controls, and ensure compliance with, SOX controls, external audits and all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams through effective partnerships and strong collaboration.
  • Partner with Regional Process Owners and other key stakeholders to identify and transform processes that have the greatest impact.
  • Assist business units with identifying and resolving problems; treat problems as opportunities and have a drive for quality delivery.
