- Build a clean forecasting system and establish clear customer segmentation within the first 90 days.
- Run revenue meetings and remove the founder from operational noise.
- Make revenue predictable and build a repeatable enterprise sales motion within 12 months.
- Establish tight internal execution and install revenue leadership beneath the role.
- Scale the business toward eight-figure revenue and strengthen its infrastructure positioning in Media & Publishing.
