  • 6+ years of increasing responsibility and leadership, with related SaaS/Software/Tech transfer pricing experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of US and International transfer pricing laws and regulations.
  • Experience in transfer pricing issues faced by multinational technology companies such as acquisitions, IP integration, and cost sharing.
  • CPA, JD, or MS are highly preferred.
  • Must be a hands-on, roll-up your sleeves type that enjoys a fast-paced environment.
  • NetSuite experience a strong plus.
  • Public accounting experience, preferably Big 4 or large National firm.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical with solid organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
  • Manage global transfer pricing compliance and documentation, including coordinating with outside providers to ensure timely submission of all global reports.
  • Prepare analyses and financial models to evaluate and support intercompany transactions.
  • Prepare and review technical memoranda in support of transfer pricing planning initiatives.
  • Assist with international tax compliance, including Forms 5471, planning and other projects as needed.
  • Assist with acquisition structuring and diligence.
  • Provide support to international subsidiaries in the preparation and review of income tax filings and statutory financial statements.
  • Continuously improve the transfer pricing function that earns the broad trust of internal stakeholders and provides outstanding execution.
  • Automate processes through the use of established systems adopted by departments globally to improve the accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of transfer pricing calculations.
  • Partner with R&D, S&M, and Finance to continuously refine reporting, forecasting, and provide feedback on our growth strategy based on transfer pricing reporting requirements and implications as we grow and scale.
  • Assist the Global Tax Director in advising the Finance team and executive leadership on the operational and financial impact of various transfer pricing decisions.
