Candidates must be willing to perform physical labor and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
The role requires flexibility to work extended hours, evenings, and weekends during auction periods.

Responsibilities

Support auction yard operations by checking in, staging, tagging, and releasing equipment.
Safely operate light and heavy equipment while following company standards and certifications.
Assist customers on-site and provide sale-day support, including shuttle driving, cart driving, and customer service.
Maintain site cleanliness, perform janitorial and groundskeeping tasks, and operate support vehicles such as water trucks.
Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance at all times and report hazards promptly.
Work collaboratively with yard management, operations staff, and the inspection team to deliver seamless auction events.
Contribute ideas for continuous improvement while upholding company values and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Desired Qualifications

Previous experience in yard operations, equipment handling, or auction environments.
Knowledge of farming, construction, or industrial equipment.
Certification in First Aid, Loader Operation, or other relevant safety training.
Experience in customer-facing roles, such as hospitality, retail, or the service industry.

This role supports the successful execution of auctions and daily site operations. Crew Members work across a wide variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to equipment handling, customer service, driving, site upkeep, and auction-day support. This position requires flexibility, teamwork, and a commitment to safety and customer experience while performing duties that ensure our auctions run smoothly and professionally.
