- Monitor and achieve key performance indicators for registration accuracy, insurance verification turnaround, and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Patient Experience Specialists, Billing, and Clinical Operations teams to resolve complex insurance or scheduling issues and escalate as needed.
