About the job
- Experience as a Technical Lead and deep knowledge of domain frameworks, such as Flutter for mobile, Node.js and serverless for backend, or Spring Boot for Java.
- Knowledge of Java, Node.js, and Dart.
- Experience writing unit tests.
- Working knowledge of Domain-Driven Design.
- Working knowledge of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
- Understanding of SOLID design principles.
- Working knowledge of one or more programming languages, including JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or Node.js.
- Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment.
- Experience integrating with REST APIs.
- Working knowledge of Git flows and different branching strategies.
- Experience coaching and mentoring engineers.
- Coach and mentor Software Engineers.
- Contribute to all stages of development, including designing, coding, reviewing, and testing.
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Testers, and subject matter experts to ensure the product is delivered, enhanced, and improved.
- Ensure software engineering standards are in place, such as unit-test code coverage.
- Document system components.
- Create and maintain features, including low-hanging-fruit and non-critical-path tickets.
- Knowledge of building CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
