Responsibilities
Work alongside experienced team members and leaders while learning the day-to-day operations of a busy destination resort.
Serve guests and support restaurant operations across different dining concepts and styles of service.
Contribute to daily resort food and beverage operations throughout the season.
Learn and apply guest service and hospitality standards, daily restaurant operations, and procedures.
Collaborate with Food & Beverage, Culinary, and other resort teams.
Sand Valley is a golf resort and community settled gently upon 12,000 acres of rugged, prehistoric sand dunes in central Wisconsin. Here, residents and guests will find six world-class golf courses built in harmony with the land: Sand Valley, Mammoth Dunes, Sandbox, The Lido, Sedge Valley, and Commons. Founded in 2016 by brothers Michael and Chris Keiser, the resort is known for its friendly hospitality and a community of golf and outdoor enthusiasts who have been drawn to the raw beauty and serenity of the vast Wisconsin Wilderness.

The Internship
Gain hands on hospitality experience as part of Sand Valley’s Food & Beverage team. Our interns work alongside experienced team members and leaders while learning the day to day operations of a busy destination resort.
With a variety of dining concepts across the property, you will gain experience serving guests, supporting restaurant operations, working across teams, and seeing how Food & Beverage contributes to the overall Sand Valley experience.
This is a working internship. You will be part of the team, contribute to daily operations, and build practical skills throughout the season.
